Our feline friends stay in a room furnished with armchairs, cushions and hammocks.  Since they are more suspicious and cautious creatures by nature, they do not take kindly to an approach like "let's get to know each other, look, this is a very cute friend too, huh, snuggle it, okay, let's play, now you", just like we do with dogs. First of all, it is essential for them to get used to this new environment. If you release them as soon as they arrive, they will be confused about where to go and how to hide, they will be confused and afraid. For these reasons, we first put our new guest in a large cage. It includes food, water, toilet, hammock and cushion. He watches around for a while and calms down. From his behavior and attitude, we decide that it is time and open the cage door a few hours later. Sometimes they leave immediately, sometimes a day later, sometimes they don't leave for days. While there are those who go out for a quick tour and then run back, there may be those who go out cheerfully and enjoy the environment.

I haven't encountered such a situation in years. The reason is that this area does not belong to any of them and also we do not accept male cats that are not neutered. Cats are little lions and protect their territory, but this is not the area of any of them anyway. At most, the place we put them when they first arrive is their space. That's why, in all these years, I have never witnessed a situation serious enough to cause harm, except for very minor challenges. They are also constantly within our hearing and visual field. At the slightest challenge, they find me. 

-Is there a chance to be looked at in a separate room? I don't want him to come into contact with other cats.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide this service. What many service providers call separate rooms are actually large, stylish and comfortable cages. Businesses doing this business can only do so much and release cats on a rotating basis. We do not have this type of service. 

 

Our Acceptance Conditions:

- Our guest cat must have all its vaccinations and internal and external parasite treatment up to date.
- Females should not be in heat, males should be neutered.

- If he has a chronic disease and is on medication, he must be informed. If he has a disease that does not pose a risk to other cats, he can be accepted to our hotel, but cats with life-threatening conditions, contagious diseases and unvaccinated cats are definitely not accepted.

 

When coming to the hotel:
-We require a current invoice and a photocopy of your ID in your name.

-Your friend's favorite bed, blanket, toy, etc. at home. Having one of your belongings or clothing with him will make him feel comfortable on his first day with us.
-The vaccination report must be with you and must remain with us for the duration of your stay. 
-Please bring enough food and familiar litter for the duration of your stay.
